Eosinophilic Granuloma is a benign solitary tumor of bone which presents in more than 90% in children under the age of ten. The condition commonly as a solitary osteolytic lesion in the femur, Skull, vertebrae , ribs & pelvis. This benign tumor is usually asymptomatic or may appear as a palpable , tender mass over the affected bone.A girl aged 9 yrs old complaining of small swelling in left parietal region for the last 1 month which diminished in size & forming depression at that site gradually which lacking of boney tissue & covered with soft tissue along with left sided headache .MRI of brain revealed necrotic SOL measuring (26×13×16 mm) seen in left upper parietal skull bone with soft tissue & extra-axial encroachment to inter- cranial part - Eosinophilic Granuloma . The patient was treated Homoeopathically with Thuja Occidentalis followed by Calcarea Phos & Bacillinum after which the patient was improved .
